About
Nankunshen Daitian Temple in Beimen is the old center of Taiwan’s Wangye faith. It honors the Five Kings: Li, Chi, Wu, Zhu, and Fan. The tourism bureau dates the temple to 1662.
The address used by the scenic area is No. 976, Kunjiang Village, Beimen District, Tainan. The phone listed there is 06-786-3711. The salt festival on 7 and 8 November 2026 holds the main offering here, between the two rites at the Jingzaijiao pans.
