Infineon is a semiconductor company, founded in 1999. Its Taiwan office was the technology sponsor of “Saxony Meets Taiwan 3.0 — Transmit, Create.”
Managing director Chen Chih-hao said the company has a long base in Taiwan, and that Dresden, in Saxony, is an important site for research and factories. The sponsorship is the cultural side of a tie that already runs through chips.
