Short version

In 2025 Madenform gave NT$2 million, through the Taipei Charity Platform, to the city’s breakfast fund for students who cannot pay. The city’s own 2025 budget for those breakfasts was NT$9,351,931, and about 5,024 students were helped.

The plan began for elementary schools and, from the 2024 school year, also covers junior high and senior high in Taipei. Founder Chuang Ya-ching has tied the giving to her own interrupted schooling. The group also supports students in Yunlin and families repairing homes after a typhoon.

Social affairs director Yao Shu-wen said more than 100 companies and groups are on the charity platform. The photographs were supplied by the city government.
